Polyester Yarn Introduction
In the SZ cabling of optical cable, in order to keep the structure of the cable core stable and prevent the cable core from loosening, it is necessary to use a high-strength polyester yarn to bundle the cable core. In order to improve the water blocking performance of the optical cable, a layer of water blocking tape is often wrapped longitudinally outside the cable core. And in order to prevent the water blocking tape from loosening, a high-strength polyester yarn needs to be tied outside the water blocking tape.
We can provide a kind of binding material suitable for optical cable production – polyester binder yarn. The product has the characteristics of high strength, low thermal shrinkage, small volume, no moisture absorption, high temperature resistance and so on. It is wound by a special binding machine, the yarn is arranged neatly and densely, and the yarn balls does not automatically fall off during high-speed operation, ensuring that the yarn is released reliably, not loose, and does not collapse.
Each specification of polyester binder yarn has standard type and low shrinkage type.
We can also provide polyester yarns of different colors according to customer requirements for color identification of cable.
Polyester Yarn is mainly used for bundling the core of optical cable and cable and tightening internal wrapping materials.

The Polyester Yarn is put into a moisture-proof film bag, then put into a honeycomb panel and placed on a pallet, and finally wrapped with a wrapping film for packaging.
There are two package sizes:
1) Polyester Yarn should be kept in a clean, hygienic, dry and ventilated storehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
