Non-woven fabric tape consist of cotton, polyester, acetate, nylon, and rayon woven, or non-woven fabrics with acrylic, rubber, or silicone adhesive. Often the cloth is coated with materials such as foil, PTFE, polyethylene, silicone, rubber, or vinyl, making the tape flexible, durable, waterproof, fire-resistant, or otherwise distinctive. Cloth Tape has a variety of uses and is commonly referred to as Duct Tape, Gaffers Tape, Spike Tape, Carpet Tape, Medical Tape, Athletic Tape, Glass Cloth Tape, Binding Tape, Friction Tape, or Hockey Tape.
