PP Filler Rope – Polypropylene rope
Product Introduction
PP filler rope is made of drawing-grade polypropylene as raw material, through extrusion molding, and then laminating and opening the net to produce a netted tearing fibre, which can be twisted or untwisted.
In the cable production process, in order to make the cable core round, improve the cable appearance quality, and increase the cable tensile properties, the gap of the cable core needs to be filled, therefore the PP filler rope is the most commonly used non-hygroscopic filling material for cable.
Polypropylene rope has good chemical stability, high mechanical strength, soft and elastic, non-hygroscopic and other excellent performance, will not rot during long-term filling in the cable, which is suitable for filling the gap of various types of cable cores. It does not slip during the filling process and is filled round.

We can provide both untwisted and twisted Polypropylene rope. The PP rope we provided has the following characteristics:
1) Uniform, pure and pollution-free color.
2) Gently stretch to form a mesh with uniform grid.
3) Soft texture, ,flexible bending.
4) After twisting, the twist of the filling rope is uniform and the outer diameter is stable.
5) Neatly and unloose winding.
Application
Mainly used for filling the gaps of various types of cables such as power cable, control cable, communication cable, etc.

Packaging
PP rope are packaged according to different specifications.
1) Bare packaging: PP rope are stacked on a pallet and wrapped with wrapping film.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.1m
2) Small size: Every 4 or 6 rolls of PP filler rope are packed in a woven bag, placed on a pallet and wrapped with wrapping film.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.2m
3) Large size: The twisted PP filler rope is individually packaged into a woven bag or bare packaged.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.4m
Pallet loadable weight: 500 Kgs / 1000 Kgs
Storage
1) The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
