Product Introduction
The PP Filler Rope is made from high-quality drawing-grade polypropylene as the main raw material. After extrusion forming and mesh-splitting, it develops a network-like fibrillated fiber structure, and can be produced in either twisted or untwisted forms upon request.
During cable production, it effectively fills cable core gaps, making the cable surface rounder and smoother, thereby enhancing the overall appearance and consistency.
Meanwhile, polypropylene offers excellent chemical stability, resisting acids, alkalis, and moisture, ensuring that it does not rot or deteriorate during long-term use, keeping cable performance stable. Its lightweight, flexible, and non-hygroscopic properties allow it to remain firmly in place without slipping, providing reliable long-term support for the cable core structure.

Packaging
PP rope are packaged according to different specifications.
1) Bare packaging: PP rope are stacked on a pallet and wrapped with wrapping film.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.1m
2) Small size: Every 4 or 6 rolls of PP filler rope are packed in a woven bag, placed on a pallet and wrapped with wrapping film.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.2m
3) Large size: The twisted PP filler rope is individually packaged into a woven bag or bare packaged.
Wooden pallet size: 1.1m*1.4m
Pallet loadable weight: 500 Kgs / 1000 Kgs
Storage
1) The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
