Product Introduction
Crepe paper tape is made of insulating cowhide as the base material and pressed into crepe paper. It is used to insulate the millikan conductors of power cables, and the cushion layer between the cable conductors serves to resist pressure and buffer. It can also be used for insulation of cables with special requirements.
Our Crepe paper tape offers the following outstanding features:
1) Anti-eddy current design: Its unique insulation property can effectively block the current path between each strand of the Millikan conductor, thereby significantly suppressing the eddy current effect and reducing energy loss.
2) Outstanding mechanical performance: The wrinkled structure endows it with excellent ductility and elasticity, providing outstanding buffering protection during cable twisting and bending, preventing damage to the internal structure.
3) Good compatibility: The product has excellent adsorption properties and can quickly and fully combine with cable impregnating agents (such as insulating oil) to form a dense and complete insulation system.
Application
Crepe paper is suitable for used among milliken conductors of large-section high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power cable to separate eddy currents.

Storage
1) The product shall be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
2) The product should not be stacked together with flammable products and should not be close to fire sources.
3) The product should avoid direct sunlight and rain.
4) The product should be packed completely to avoid moisture and pollution.
5) The product shall be protected from heavy pressure and other mechanical damage during storage.
6) The storage period of the product at ordinary temperature is 12 months from the date of production. More than 12 months, the product should be re-examined and only used after passing the inspection.
