Continuing its tradition of post-Spring Festival training, ONE WORLD recently conducted a series of internal programs to enhance professional capabilities and team collaboration. The sessions covered cable materials expertise, quality awareness, business documentation standards, and company development—strengthening the team’s foundation in both knowledge and practical execution.
Quality is fundamental to the stability and reliability of cable products. For production and quality teams, the company prioritized quality awareness training, focusing on production specifications, process control points, and stability management. The sessions emphasized rigorous control from raw materials through to final output. Through systematic review and experience sharing, the team gained a deeper understanding of quality control’s role in ensuring consistency and reliability at every stage.
The cable materials training covered key materials used in optical cable and wire manufacturing. For sheathing and insulation, the sessions explored the performance characteristics and application differences of XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), XLPO (cross-linked polyolefin), and LSZH (low smoke zero halogen). For structural and reinforcement materials, the training examined the roles of galvanized steel tape, galvanized steel strand, FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) in cable construction.
The training incorporated practical application scenarios, explaining material performance indicators, suitable environments, and selection logic. This helped the team develop a more systematic understanding of different cable materials’ characteristics in production and application, laying a solid foundation for future technical communication and solution support.
In addition to technical and quality-related training, the company also conducted sessions on business documentation standards and introduced the company’s development history and business systems. This helped employees further align communication standards, deepen their understanding of the company’s product structure and direction, and improve cross-departmental collaboration.
