Recently, the ONE WORLD team visited a cable manufacturer in North Africa to discuss its application needs and technical requirements for XLPE insulation materials. Through face-to-face discussions, the team gained a better understanding of the customer’s cable products and production requirements, providing a basis for subsequent sample evaluation. Following the evaluation and further technical discussions, the customer recognized the relevant XLPE material and placed an order with ONE WORLD.
On-Site Visit to Understand the Customer’s Requirements
During the visit, the ONE WORLD team discussed the customer’s cable products, production conditions, and requirements for XLPE insulation materials.
The customer shared specific requirements for the XLPE material, including product specifications, processing and application conditions, and relevant performance requirements. Based on the customer’s actual application, the ONE WORLD team introduced the corresponding XLPE material and discussed its technical characteristics and application considerations.
For cable manufacturers, selecting the right XLPE insulation material requires consideration of the specific cable application. In addition to the material’s technical properties, factors such as cable type, voltage level, production equipment, and processing conditions also need to be taken into account.
The on-site discussion gave ONE WORLD a clearer understanding of the customer’s requirements and provided a basis for selecting the appropriate XLPE sample.
Providing XLPE Samples Based on Technical Requirements
Following the visit, ONE WORLD prepared and sent the corresponding XLPE insulation samples based on the customer’s technical requirements for further evaluation.
Sample evaluation allows customers to assess the suitability of an XLPE material based on their own equipment, production processes, and cable requirements. During this stage, ONE WORLD also provided product documentation and technical support based on the customer’s feedback, helping the customer better understand the material’s application characteristics.
Following the sample evaluation, the customer recognized the relevant XLPE material. The two sides then discussed the product price and other commercial terms.
From Sample Approval to Order
After completing the sample evaluation and confirming the relevant commercial terms, the customer placed an order for XLPE insulation material with ONE WORLD.
