Win-win Cooperation on XLPE and Semi-conductive Materials

The sample order of semi-conductive screen materials for peroxide XLPE cables and XLPE compounds for aerial cables has been dispatched to our customer after a long time discussion and technical confirmation.
We have 2 levels of semi-conductive screen material for peroxide XLPE. One is up to 10kv(Our number is OW-4101/OW-4111), another is up to 35kv (Our number is OW-4201/OW-4211). Here are the shortly instruction for each of them as below:
A, OWSC-4201 is a strippable & cross-linkable semi-conductive screen material suitable for 10kv or below cross-linked XLPE insulated cable insulation layer. Please refer to P-1 for technical parameters.
B, OWSC-4211 is a strippable & cross-linkable semi-conductive screen material suitable for 35kv or below cross-linked XLPE insulated cable insulation layer. Please refer to P-1 for technical parameters.
C, OWSC-4101 is a non-strippable & cross-linkable semi-conductive screen material suitable for 10kv or below cross-linked XLPE insulated cable conductor and insulation layer. Please refer to P-2 for technical parameters.
D, OWSC-4111 is a non-strippable & cross-linkable semi-conductive screen material suitable for 35kv or below cross-linked XLPE insulated cable conductor and insulation layer. Please refer to P-2 for technical parameters.
All the semi-conductive materials are designed for the peroxide XLPE cables which has stable quality and meets dry or wet method process(CCV line). The cable produced has some excellent properties like smooth surface, favorable electrical and physical performances, facile process and others.
The XLPE for aerial cables is Silane XLPE Compound of Sioplas Method for overhead insulated cable Cable up to 10kV, our number is OW-3211. which consisted of compound A and compound B. Compound A is made from high quality polyethylene resin, imported silane coupling agent and compound B is made from organotin catalysts and antioxidant agent. Loss-in-weight Feeder which guarantees stable precision of components. It has an excellent extrusion performance and stable physical and chemical index. Please refer to P-3 for technical parameters.

We have a strong sense of responsibility for our products, the sampling test and routine test is necessary before delivery for all orders. Besides, the package of XLPE or semi-conductive materials is also important to ensure the performance. Waterproof and moisture-proof packaging is necessary. We use vacuum aluminum plastic bag inner packaging and outer plastic bag packaging. Please refer to the pictures(P-4, P-5) below:
