The copolymer coated aluminum tape is made of calendering aluminium tape with good ductility as the base material, and laminated with single-sided or double-sided composite PE plastic layer or copolymer plastic layer. It can be used without corrugating, or through corrugating to improve bending performance, so as to improve the flexibility of cables / optical cables.
The copolymer coated aluminum tape we provided have the characteristics of smooth, flat, uniform, no impurities, no wrinkles, no spots, high tensile strength, good water resistance, and high dielectric strength, etc.
In particular, the copolymer type aluminum plastic composite tape has good bonding properties, and it can form a firm bond with linear LDPE, MDPE, and HDPE sheaths through embossing(or no embossing), longitudinal wrapping, and forming, then form a comprehensive protective layer.
The copolymer coated aluminum tape has two colors, natural and blue.
It is mainly used in communication cables, outdoor communication optical cables, forming a composite sheath with outer sheath, which plays the role of moisture-proof and shielding.

1)The aluminum plastic composite tape should be stored in a warehouse which is clean, dry, non-corrosive atmosphere and prevent rain and snow from intruding.
2)The warehouse should be ventilated and cool, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, heavy humidity, etc., in order to prevent the product from bulging and oxidation;
3)The aluminum plastic composite tape needs to avoid external damage such as pollution and mechanical force;
4)The aluminum plastic composite tape cannot be stored in the open air, but a tarp must be used when it must be stored in the open air for a short time;
5)Bare products are not allowed to be placed on the ground directly, and the bottom must be padded with wooden squares.
