Dear members of HONOR GROUP (together with three brands: LINT TOP, ONE WORLD & HONOR METAL),
Thank you to every colleague in HONOR GROUP for arriving on time and gathering here for our Annual Meeting Celebration. At the same time, we also extend the warmest welcome to the families of the three protagonists who are here today! And we express our sincere gratitude for their support for our work!
This year is the happiest and most inspiring year in my heart. Because I clearly see that HONOR GROUP is showing an endless and vigorous development trend – I call it: hope.
First, we have officially welcomed the first batch of partners of HONOR GROUP.
After three years of planning, practice, and overcoming various difficulties along the way. Mr. Gordon and I finally found the first batch of partners for HONOR GROUP’s development in the team. Each of them has the management style to take charge independently, and in many aspects, they are even more outstanding than Mr. Gordon and me. If today is a moment of glory that HONOR GROUP has bestowed upon them, I would rather say: HONOR GROUP is extremely fortunate to have them, and this is the beginning of our journey.
From today onwards, HONOR GROUP will have three more outstanding individuals to jointly take on the responsibility of development. Our leadership will be more powerful and wiser. This will surely become a landmark event in HONOR GROUP’s journey towards a century of development.
Second, our team is growing through fission.
Under the leadership of the partners, LINT TOP and ONE WORLD have trained four business executives, who have become the backbone of the company. This is the beginning of team expansion, and even more a new starting point for the vigorous development of the business.
What moves me even more is that I see colleagues from different business divisions proactively helping each other and collaborating on client receptions beyond their own duties, selflessly sharing client information, achieving success together, and taking pride in each other’s accomplishments. At this moment, we possess the most precious camaraderie among colleagues in the world. We share the same aspirations and ideals, and when our hearts are united as one, we can embrace the whole world.
Third, our technological strength has achieved leapfrog development.
Over the past three years, our technical team has grown from 1 person to 17 people. We have always adhered to our oath: all products from LINT TOP are bound to be fine works. Becoming the number one in technical strength in China’s cable industry is our unwavering belief. I firmly believe that in the future, LINT TOP will definitely become our most hardcore competitive capital and also the most significant part of Honor Group ‘s century-long plan.
In 2026, I present to everyone three HONOR GROUP work tips.
1.Persist – Persist in one’s original aspiration and persist in one’s career.
No matter how turbulent the international situation is, how ups and downs the economic environment experiences, or whether we hear good or bad news, we must hold fast to our original aspiration, safeguard our common cause, and follow our own path. Just as saying goes“Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
2.Purity——Treating each other with sincerity.
In a company, it’s just like at home, with only differences in division of labor and roles. This place should be a pure land, where we work together to create value, realize our personal dreams, and build a solid economic foundation for our families. Here, there’s no need for masks; all we need is sincerity, openness, to relax and focus on the work itself.
3. Industry sense of honor — every one of us is shining.
We are engaged in the wire and cable business, contributing to humanity’s optoelectronic industry. To date, we have served 455 wire and cable factories spanning 83 countries. Many of our colleagues have traveled across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Our equipment and materials operate stably and maintain continuous production worldwide. The wire and cable produced by our customers have laid connected lines for the world, bringing light and enabling signal transmission.
Every HONOR GROUP person present is lighting up the world with their light. Each and every one of you shines brightly!
Finally, I sincerely hope that we will easily achieve our goals in 2026, and at this time next year, we will embrace even better harvests together!
