Copper foil polyester tape is composed of high-conductivity rolled copper foil and polyester film. The good conductivity and flexibility of copper foil can cover the cable core well, and the polyester film provides high electrical insulation performance and high strength mechanical properties. This product can provide high shielding coverage, so that the signal transmitted in the cable is better free from electromagnetic interference and reduces the signal attenuation in the data transmission process, so that the signal is transmitted safely, and the electrical performance of the cable is effectively improved.
We have single-sided copper foil polyester tape and double-sided copper foil polyester tape. The double-sided one is composed of a polyester film in the middle and a layer of copper foil on each side. Double-layer copper plays the role of reflection and absorption of two signals, and has a better shielding effect.
The copper foil polyester tape we provide has the characteristics of smooth, flat, uniform surface, no impurities, no wrinkles, no spots, high tensile strength, good shielding performance, good water resistance, and high dielectric strength.
The color of the copper foil polyester tape is natural.
It is mainly used for the outer conductor shielding layer of coaxial cable, the outer metal shielding layer of the cable core after the control cable is formed.

1) The copper foil polyester tape should be stored in a warehouse which is clean, dry, non-corrosive atmosphere and prevent rain and snow from intruding.
2) The warehouse should be keeped ventilated and cool, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, heavy humidity, etc., to prevent the product from bulging and oxidation;
3) The copper foil polyester tape should avoid external force damage such as pollution and mechanical force;
4) The copper foil polyester tape cannot be stored in the open air, but a tarp must be used when it must be stored in the open air for a short time;
5) Bare products are not allowed to be placed directly on the ground, and the bottom must be padded with wooden squares.
