Copolymer Coated Steel Tape (FERPOL) is a semi-flexible composite material which Copolymer coated on various thicknesses of Steel (ECCS) foil.
Owcable assures heat-seal coating technology to avoid delamination issues which may caused some problems of cable applications. Owcable also prefers engineered Copolymer film such as Dupont EAA copoylmers to have excellent adhesion strenght.
Steel foil is low carbon electrolytically chrome coated foil and its tempered for high formability feature. The copolymer allows high bonding to LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE polymers.
