Introduction
Phlogopite mica tape is a refractory mica tape which is made of phlogopite paper, reinforced with glass fiber cloth and compounded with silicone resin as the binder. Phlogopite mica tape is divided into single-sided phlogopite fiber cloth mica tape and double-sided phlogopite fiber cloth mica tape, in which the single-sided phlogopite mica tape is reinforced with single-sided fiber cloth and the double-sided phlogopite mica tape is reinforced with double-sided fiber cloth. Phlogopite mica tape is used for the refractory layer and temperature-resistant enhancement layer of fire-resistant cables and high-temperature resistant cables. It has features of strong insulation and fire resistance, high temperature resistance and fire resistance grade, good fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corona resistance and radiation resistance. It can effectively protect the normal operation of the cable under the condition of high temperature and fire. It is the most ideal material for manufacturing refractory cables.
