Introduction

Calcined mica tape with single-sided fiber cloth is a refractory mica tape which is made of calcined mica paper, reinforced with glass fiber cloth and compounded with silicone resin as the binder. Calcined mica tape with single-sided fiber cloth is used for the refractory layer and temperature-resistant enhancement layer of fire-resistant cables and high-temperature resistant cables that require no fluorine component. It has features of strong insulation and fire resistance, high temperature resistance and fire resistance grade. Using fire-resistant cables with calcined mica tape with single-sided fiber cloth will reduce and prevent the production and release of toxic fumes and gases when burning. It has good fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corona resistance, and radiation resistance. It can effectively protect the normal operation of the cable under the condition of high temperature and fire. It is the most ideal material for manufacturing refractory cables.
