We are pleased to share that we delivered 200kgs Semi-conductive acrylic rubber coated nylon tape to our customer from Mexico.
Semi-conductive acrylic rubber coated nylon tape that we provided are made of Tetoron tape, via semi-conductive and acrylic adhesive, impregnated dry and forming, fiber after fully carding, high longitudinal strength, small resistance, which are used in the outside of cable conductor and insulation core to shield and bind. With super high strength, it is particularly suitable for shielding, binding and isolating high-voltage cable and ultra-high-voltage cable.
The tape of this order is customized with printing, the customer sent us the printing content and require the printing contents can be easily and clearly read, we have large experience in printing on the nylon tape, so our technician firstly make the printing legend, designed the font size, font thickness, the printing position, printing length and then showed to the customer, the customer fed back a few advice of modify, so we made modifies on the legend, after the final confirmation of customer, we made the printing plate mould and start production. As a result, the printing effects is very excellent and our customer is very satisfied.
In addition to the semi-conductive acrylic rubber coated nylon tape, we can also print contents on the semi-conductive water blocking tape and other semi-conductive tapes according to the customers’ requirements. Please check the pictures of the tapes with printing as below:
